Size Recommendation

We offer true to size jeans, not vanity sizing. Some brands are offering vanity sizing because the industry started that many years ago. Please be aware ours are true to size.

Please take a pair of your favorite jeans, lay them flat with the waist pulled tight. Then use a flexible tape measure laid from left to right and that’s your true size. For example, if you lay the tape measure from left to right and you get 16 inches, your actual waist measurement is 32 inches (16 X 2). So please order a size 32 waist.

Wash & Care

· A good guideline is to wash jeans every 5-10 wears or so. If you wear your jeans for activities that cause sweating or heavy use, or if you live in a humid climate, you might need to wash them more frequently. Remember to wash jeans inside out can help preserve the color and minimize fading.

· Even though the jeans have been pre-washed, we recommend cold hand wash and air drying in the shade. Machine washing and sun exposure can cause unwanted fading, fabric distortion, or cracking on the leather patch—changes that are often hard to reverse without ironing. Gentle care helps your jeans age beautifully and develop their own unique character over time.

The Difference You Can Feel — Selvedge Woven Slow, Worn Long.

  • Tighter weaving density for stronger fabric and deeper texture.
  • Self-finished edges prevent fraying and keep the jeans holding shape for years.
  • Traditionally shuttle-loomed, making each pair naturally more robust than mass-produced denim.

Crafted on Vintage Shuttle Looms — Not High-Speed Machines

  • Slow weaving = stronger fabric. Shuttle looms interlock yarns tighter, creating the density required for 16oz+ denim.
  • Irregular tension = natural slub. Machine inconsistency becomes the “soul” of heavyweight denim — the depth, the texture, the fade.
  • Built for longevity, not speed. Modern projectile looms push out thousands of yards per day; vintage looms produce small batches with precision.

Hardware & Stitching Built to Outlast Regular Jeans

1. YKK Zipper

  • Industrial-grade
  • Anti-corrosion
  • Tested for thoudsands of pulls

2. Double/Tripple Stitching

  • Reforced inseam
  • Stress-point double bartacks
  • Holds the heavier fabric shape better

3. Chain Stitch Hem

  • Iconic roping
  • Unique to shuttle-loom denim
  • Lasts longer

Why Heavyweight Denim

  • Better Shape: holds structure instead of getting baggy.
  • More Texture: slubby yarns, rich depth, true character.
  • Lasts Years: abrasion-resistant, tear-resistant.
