Sizing…

Good quality but wasn’t close on the size I thought I was getting. Can’t wear it!

Another purchase, another let down

Even after they sent me the wrong size 22oz Slub jeans and balked at their mistake I used part of my return credit to buy this jacket. While as expected the dit was off I truly feel it was a previuosly used jacket as the collar was bent upwards and much softer than the rest of the jacket. And FYI the second pair of jeans they sent me were again mislabled. I gave up and sold them on eBay. Would never buy anything again from Redline Gentry

Regarding the 22oz Slub Jeans:
We understand the frustration regarding the fit. Because we avoid 'vanity sizing' to maintain the integrity of our heavy denim, our measurements are true-to-tag. While we ensured the second pair was measured and photographed prior to shipping to match the requested specs, we realize that denim fit can be highly subjective. It sounds like a size 31 might have provided the specific feel you were looking for, and we’re sorry the 32 didn’t work out for you.

Regarding the Jacket:
We would like to assure you that we do not sell used garments. The characteristics you noticed are actually intentional features of our production process:

The Soft Collar: This jacket undergoes a pre-shrinking process. This treatment makes the denim more pliable and comfortable around the neck area right out of the box, compared to the stiffer body of the jacket.

The Upward Bend: This is typically a result of the folding and pressure during the transit process. As a 15oz denim jacket, it can take a specific shape in the packaging, but will settle and mold to your frame with regular wear.
