We initially told you that an exchange would be possible before carefully checking the original order date. After realizing that approximately two months had passed, we became concerned about accepting the item back into sellable inventory and reversed our decision. While we offered a one-time 20% discount on the new order, we understand that this did not make up for changing what we had originally promised.
That communication failure was ours, not yours. We are still growing, but that is not an excuse. This experience has shown us that we need to verify all order details before making a commitment to a customer. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment we caused.
The items I received are completely not what the image on the website looks like, also the return policy has a lot to be desired !

This cotton twill can look darker or warmer depending on lighting, camera exposure and screen settings. We also keep real photos from verified buyers visible so customers can compare the color in different environments. Fabric is durable ane the silhoutte is what I expeceted, not too wide or slim. I am 6'2'', 200 pounds and ordered a size 36.
The pants are high quality. Fit great! Was a bit confused by the actual tag of Red Tornado when online they are called Redline Gentry
