A good guideline is to wash jeans every 5-10 wears or so. If you wear your jeans for activities that cause sweating or heavy use, or if you live in a humid climate, you might need to wash them more frequently. Remember to wash jeans inside out can help preserve the color and minimize fading.

Even though our jeans are pre-treated to reduce shrinkage, they can still shrink slightly if exposed to high temperatures during washing or drying. To maintain their fit, it's best to use cold water washes and low-heat or air drying. But you will feel more comfortable the more you washed and dressed.
